Entryway Enhancements
The management team is working diligently on enhancing our community. In the next few weeks we will be repainting the main entrance hallways of each building. In addition to the painting, we will be installing new railing, repairing and repainting the flooring and stairs. The last enhancement will be the painting of your front doors and door frames.
There are seven phases to this enhancement process. Notices with a communty map are posted by each mailbox area with the Phase number effecting that specific entryway. Please make a note of the dates that coincide with your Phase number below. During the work process of your hallway, please use your back door. This will help keep the process quick and restore access to your front doors without delay.

Laundry Room Renovations Beginning June 16, 2008, management will be renovating the laundry rooms two at a time. Each laundry room will be closed for 7 days. This process with improve the laundry rooms by making them more spacious, changing the floors, and adding new folding counters.
Phase 1 will be Laundry Rooms 4 & 5, closed 6/16/08-6/23/08. Phase 2 will be Laundry Rooms 2 & 6, closed 6/23/08-6/30/08. Phase 3 will be Laundry Rooms 1 & 3, closed 6/30/08-7/7/08.
During each phase, please use the other functioning laundry rooms. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time. Stay up to date with as much current information as possible on community information, when postings on the door are not necessary. This will improve communications from management to our residents. You can find out when upgrades are being done, when the next resident function is, any changes in the community, information on the neighborhood, etc. Along with helping the management team communicate more effectively with you, our valued residents, registering to Alexandria Park's website gives you the opportunity to advertise via our Classifieds page. This will help you reach out to all the visitors of the Alexandria Park's website, and most importantly, your neighbors and fellow residents. We do want to advise you that all information given to Alexandria Park will remain confidential and will solely be used for Alexandria Park purposes only. Your personal information will be handled as delicately as we would your file. Your information will never be sold or released to any other persons, companies, third party affiliates, etc. Thank you for participating and making communication to you much easier and more effective! Multi-Family Residential Recycling Program Did you know that Alexandria Park is participating in a recycling program with the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works? Recycle bins are provided to the community and are located next to each trash bins. If you would like to help the environment and participate in the recycling program, we invite you to participate in the program when it rolls out. More information is available in the Leasing Office, or you can go to the city's website at www.larecycles.org.
